Will serve as a technical company representative providing exceptional customer service during the installation of new products, in performing service related work on existing customer equipment or while providing technical support via phone or e-mail correspondence.
Responsible for being completely and technically familiar with the company’s press brake products, off-line programming software, services and policies. This role advises and trains customers, sales personnel, product support personnel and others in the correct use and application of press brake products. Will also support field sales engineers and marketing representatives in sales calls and sales activities to achieve target sales goals.
Responsible for the effective leadership, supervision, and coordination of various departments, employees and coordination of related non-production operations and services to achieve effective, measurable levels of productivity. Main areas of responsibility to include machine shop, welding, paint, electrical assembly.
Perform a variety of duties connected with the power-up, testing, evaluation, and in-field service of a wide variety of standard and special machine tool products, assuring proper operation prior to acceptance for shipment to the end user, with guidance from the Senior Quality Test Technician as necessary.
