Highlights

Easy programming

Programming of the bending cell is incredibly fast and easy: it takes 10 minutes to generate the bending and robot program and 10 minutes for set-up and first part generation. No robot teaching at the machine is required.

Universal gripper engineered by LVD

A versatile gripper designed by LVD effortlessly handles different part sizes, bends three flanges without regripping and easily moves between the tool stations.

Automated or manual mode

Dyna-Cell allows for automated or manual operation offering a perfect bending solution for small, medium and large batch sizes.

Affordable

LVD has carefully balanced functionality and price of the Dyna-Cell to ensure an optimum cost per part. The cell doesn’t cost more than twice the cost of a standalone press brake.

Pneumatic clamping on table and ram

Pneumatic clamping relieves the operator of strenuous clamping movement, providing better worker ergonomics.

CADMAN® software suite

A full suite of software modules create a fully integrated process flow, including CADMAN-B bend programming software, CADMAN-SIM robot software, CADMAN-SDI drawing importer, CADMAN-JOB real-time data collection, job tracking and ERP connection, as well as a Touch-i4 tablet for KPI performance indication and sorting and validating parts.
