I am an existing LVD press brake user with two Easy-Form machines of some 5 years old. Can I integrate these machines into this principle?
The advantage is that we have a touch controller on all our machines, the touch B controller. All these controllers are compatible with the system so they can be introduced in a smart factory – as long as they speak the same language, of course. What I mean by the same language is that they must have the same software version to communicate with each other.
But if you have an older controller, not from the last generation, then we also have a next generation program where you can retrofit your machine to the last stage to implement this machine in the smart factory.
So yes, it's possible and it's a kind of plug-and-play that’s being added to the system.
