Easy-Form® 레이저(EFL) 적응형 절곡 시스템

Easy-Form 기계는 통합된 Easy-Form® 레이저 시스템 덕분에 항상 정확한 절곡 각도를 달성합니다. EFL을 사용하면 기계가 시트 두께, 변형 경화 및 입자 방향과 같은 재료 변화를 보정할 수 있습니다. 스캐너는 절곡 각도를 지속적으로 측정하고 펀치 위치를 즉시 조정하는 CNC 제어 장치에 실시간으로 정보를 전송합니다.

CNC 크라우닝

LVD 크라우닝 시스템은 기계마다 맞춤 제작된다는 점에서 독특합니다. 이 시스템은 프레스 브레이크용으로 특별히 설계 및 가공되었기 때문에 절곡 중에 램과 테이블이 평행하도록 합니다.

터보 유압 시스템
