Handle thicker materials efficiently with 30 tons of punching capacity.
A large 48-station turret allows for a broad range of punching applications, including complex part geometries that demand a larger tooling inventory. The turret features four 3.5" indexable stations and can be expanded with multitools.
Heavy-duty bridge frame
Machined as one piece, the Strippit V frame is stress-relieved for rigidity to ensure punching accuracy and repeatability.
Programmable and relocatable work clamps
Automating work clamp movement between jobs and during a punching cycle helps reduce setup time and increase productivity. Three programmable and relocatable work clamps can be automatically relocated during a punching cycle for full sheet utilization. Programmable work clamps which never require manual adjustment.
Smart Stroke automatically determines the optimal tool hover height to deliver the highest punching rates possible.
Automatically determines work clamp locations based on tool size, providing the smallest possible no punch zones to maximize sheet usage.
Programmable parts removal chute
Programmable parts removal chute evacuates parts up to 17.7" x 19.7" directly under the machine table or to an optional bin-sort system. This eliminates manual labor to remove parts from nests; parts are ready for the next operation.
LVD Touch-P control
Machine operation is intuitive with LVD’s Touch-P icon-driven touch screen control.
CADMAN® software suite
A full suite of software modules create a fully integrated process flow, including CADMAN-P punching programming software, CADMAN-SDI drawing importer, CADMAN-JOB real-time data collection, job tracking and ERP connection, as well as a Touch-i4 tablet for KPI performance indication and sorting and validating parts.
