CADMAN FLOW Suite 9

One platform to manage your complete shop floor

CADMAN-FLOW is the central hub of the CADMAN software suite, seamlessly connecting all modules. It enables part and production order import via API, automates programming workflows, and provides real-time machine status, helping users benefit from fully networked production. Easy to learn and operate, CADMAN-FLOW requires minimal training, even for new personnel.

  • Seamless integration with ERP and business systems through open APIs
  • Optimized tool setups to maximize production efficiency
  • Higher reliability with advanced feasibility calculations

Highlights

API Connections

CADMAN-FLOW can be connected to ERP systems by API. An API makes the data transfer process easier and faster as information moves smoothly between systems and data is provided instantly in just milliseconds. It’s a more open, flexible format.

An API can easily adapt and scale. It also allows software developers to maintain backward compatibility with software versions. Older API versions remain available and continue to function, so users aren’t forced to update if they don’t want to.

One place for more technologies

CADMAN-FLOW is the central platform for all your machines. Feasibility studies for your panelbender, pressbrake, laser, punching machine and robotized pressbrake will be performed. For each available machine a solution will be calculated. After manual modifications, more than one solution will be available in the system.

Tool optimalization

We are always looking to win every second for a customer in his production. Not only better and faster calculations will help to this, but also reducing the time with replacing the tools at the pressbrake can help with this.

When a production-order, task, will be send to production, CADMAN-FLOW will look to minimize the total required tool set-ups. This will help you to win more time in production.

More reliable solutions

To ensure a better reliable solution for your pressbrake the aim was to eliminate false-positive solutions (programs that look correct digitally but cannot be produced on the machine). By adding better calculations, taking extra operations into our calculations (like toolholders, prebends, …) we made this possible!
