ALL-IN-ONE PUNCHING & LASER CUTTING

LVD introduces Strippit QX-L, a mid-range punch-laser combining a 20-ton single-head punch press with a 4-kW fiber laser for complete part processing on one machine. By integrating punching, forming, and laser cutting, the system reduces setup time, material handling, and secondary operations, and increases throughput. Automation options are available. 

FULLY AUTOMATED PANEL BENDING 

Multifold 2511 delivers high productivity panel bending in a compact machine. Fully automated, it uses advanced servo-drive technology to control tool setup, sheet feeding, positioning, bending and rotation. Multiple-stack loading, offline gauging and automated tool changing allow continuous machine operation. 

ROBOTIC BENDING WITH VISION

LVD’s Robotic Bending System (RBS) 40 Vision offers enhanced precision and consistency with a vision-guided robot that identifies, locates, and verifies part orientation. Its ability to switch between different parts makes the vision system ideal for high-mix production. The RBS 40 Vision at EuroBLECH features a ToolCell tool-changing press brake with the Easy-Form® Laser adaptive bending system for highly autonomous operation.

NEW COBOT BENDING SYSTEM 

The new Ricobb cobot is an easy, cost-effective step into bending automation offering increased productivity of small-part bending on any LVD press brake built since 2001. With a lower upfront investment than a fully robotic cell and a fast ROI thanks to its plug and play deployment, Ricobb delivers immediate results. Simply move it, dock it, run it to bend more parts automatically.  

HIGH-POWER LASER CUTTING, BEVEL CUTTING

With LaserCube, a high specification demonstration unit, LVD showcases high-speed 30 kW laser cutting and up to 50-degree beveling – answering the call for more efficient processing of a range of material thicknesses and complexities. The laser cuts steel up to 60 mm. Integrated weld preparation eliminates secondary processing and enhances structural strength. The high power sources and bevel head option are ideal for heavy-duty industries manufacturing large-scale, structurally critical components. 

ADVANCED SOFTWARE SUITE

The fully enhanced CADMAN® suite 9 includes updates of all CADMAN modules into a more tightly integrated software package. Easy to learn and operate, CADMAN-Suite 9 is so intuitive, training is minimal, even for new personnel. The completely redesigned CADMAN-B bending software lays the foundation for optimized production with faster, more accurate programming solutions for even the most complex part geometries. The new CADMAN-F panel bender software minimizes setup and speeds changeover times.
