Sales Manager
Your role
As the Director of Sales for LVD Strippit, you will have the primary responsibility for organizing all sales functions in the USA and Canada to achieve maximum distribution of our products. Your role involves developing and executing short-term and long-range marketing policies, plans, and programs to directly contribute to the company's profitability, growth, and welfare.
Your responsibilities
- Direct the sales organization, including department and product managers, agents, and direct selling efforts, to ensure broad coverage of marketing areas.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan and prepare effective advertising and sales promotion programs that influence buyer behavior and enhance the company's reputation.
- Determine sales policies and participate in the formation of other marketing-related policies.
- Maintain close affiliation with corporate sales and engineering departments to advance new products and developments, monitoring technology advances, competitive offerings, and customer buying trends.
- Maintain an active market research program to explore, measure, and evaluate market conditions for developing plans to achieve objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate performance against forecasts, budgets, and marketing objectives, taking action to address significant developments or adverse areas.
- Accompany managers or sales engineers in closing important accounts requiring negotiations and strategic timing.
- Keep abreast of product developments and recommend suitable new products to meet market requirements.
- Review policies, procedures, and staffing to ensure efficient department operation and maximum customer satisfaction, making changes as required.
- Act as a member of the executive staff in formulating plans, policies, and programs relative to LVD Strippit's operation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
