Installation and Service Engineer

Your role
As an Installation and Service Engineer at LVD, your role will involve traveling worldwide or regionally to install, start up, and maintain our machines at customer sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that our machines function according to specifications and providing necessary training to customer operators.
Your responsibilities
- Installing and configuring operating software.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of machines or installations.
- Providing basic or follow-up training to customer operators.
Skills
- Specialization in at least one technology (laser cutting, bending, punching, or software).
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, sometimes for extended periods.
- Highly analytical and result-oriented.
- Attention to accuracy and commitment to delivering quality work.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, electronics, or robotics.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Experience in or knowledge of machine controls and software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language (preferred but not mandatory).
