Important Update: Service & Support
Our Northeast Support Center in Akron, NY has reinstated some onsite Service and Support functions and we are shipping spare parts from this office. As a manufacturer and supplier of parts to U.S. military facilities and businesses that are considered essential at this critical time, we are able to maintain this operational capability.
LVD Strippit Support Centers in Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN and Dallas, TX will continue to support overall Service efforts and some Service and Support staff will be working remotely.
While we continue to offer on-site field service support in regions where permitted, in travel-restricted areas, our service technicians and technical support specialists are at work from their home locations and will be available by phone, email or video chat to continue to provide technical support as needed. We will also continue to offer our Teleservice remote support.
