LVD officially launched its new Experience Center (XP Center) in Gullegem on Friday, 21 April, 2017 in a special event with Flemish Minister-President Geert Bourgeois and Provincial Governor Carl Decaluwé.

“We are incredibly proud to unveil the XP Center," said Carl Dewulf, President and Managing Director of LVD. “In this dynamic environment, we not only showcase our products and technology, but offer an inviting space for customers and business partners from all over the world to connect, learn, share ideas and innovate.”

A keynote speech given by Minister-President Bourgeois emphasized the importance of advancement and investment in the local region. “Innovative companies like LVD ensure that know-how and employment are maintained locally.”

With the ceremonious press of a button, Flemish Minister-President Geert Bourgeois declared LVD's Experience Center officially open.

The total investment of 5 million Euro includes the complete renovation and the 13 advanced machines. The XP Center serves as a test, training and meeting center for various events. The ultra-modern facility of 2500 square metres was designed by the Belgian architectural firm Naert bvba in collaboration with interior designer Justine Van Strydonck. It is located adjacent to LVD’s 40,000 square metre manufacturing facility.
