Dyna-Cell: Bending automation is redefined by Dyna-Cell, a robotic bending cell that goes from “art to part” in 20 minutes or less, with just 10 minutes to automatically generate programming and 10 minutes for set-up and first part production. No robot teaching required.

ToolCell: Reduce tool changeover time and increase throughput with the ToolCell automated tool changing press brake. An integrated tooling warehouse holds a large expanse of tooling. LVD’s Easy-Form® Laser in-process adaptive bending technology ensures bending accuracy.

Phoenix FL-3015 20 kW: A dynamic, all-around laser cutting machine – Phoenix FL handles a wide diversity of material types and thicknesses. High performance features and high dynamics keep Phoenix consistently productive. High-powered 20 kW fiber laser cuts up to 2.5 times faster than 10 kW.

Strippit V-L: The Strippit V-L punch-laser combines the punching and forming advantages of the Strippit V 30-ton punch press with the speed and versatility of fiber laser cutting to complete multiple processes on a single machine, answering the need for flexible manufacturing.

CADMAN®: As manufacturers increasingly turn to digitalization and smart manufacturing, LVD continues to drive the factory of the future with its integration philosophy and CADMAN® software suite. The complete suite of CADMAN software products will be demonstrated – all designed to improve process flow.
