Will serve as a technical company representative providing exceptional customer service during the installation of new products, in performing service related work on existing customer equipment or while providing technical support via phone or e-mail correspondence.
Responsible for being completely and technically familiar with the company’s laser products, off-line programming software, services and policies. This role advises and trains customers, sales personnel, product support personnel and others in the correct use and application of laser products. Will also support field sales engineers and marketing representatives in sales calls and sales activities to achieve target sales goals.
Develops specifications for moderately complex software programming applications, user interfaces, and modifies/maintains existing software for machine tool controls. Develops, modifies and maintains applications that may be customized or standardized. Participates in design and coding activities with other staff members.
