HIGH SPEED, HIGH PRODUCTIVITY 20 TON CNC TURRET PUNCH PRESSES
The Strippit VX-Series of high performance CNC turret punch presses combine a dynamic, high-speed 200 kN hydraulic ram with a large, versatile 48-station turret and innovative table design to provide the ultimate in high productivity output, delivering a productivity increase of up to 30% over previous generation Global machines.
The Strippit VX employs an energy-saving hydraulic press drive and motor system optimized for high-speed operation, which delivers fast axis speeds of up to 530 hits per minute on 25 mm (1”) centers and up to 1750 strokes per minute.
A double-track turret provides a flexible configuration of 48 stations featuring four standard 88,9 mm (3.5”) auto indexable stations that can utilize the latest wheel tool technology. Every station accepts shaped punches and dies and can be further enhanced with the addition of Indexable Multitools to expand the auto-indexable tools.
VX-Series punch presses also feature a new energy reduction system (ERS) that reduces energy consumption by up to 15%* throughout the operating day by efficiently managing power consumption, making the Strippit VX-Series one of the world’s lowest energy consuming punch presses (*versus previous models).
A 25 mm (0.984”) feed clearance allows production of higher forms such as lances, louvers, embossments or card guides.
To maximize productivity and efficiency, VX-Series punch presses can be equipped with an Autoload automatic load/unload device, Pick-Sort robotic material handling system, or Compact Tower
