ECONOMICAL, PORTABLE PRESS BRAKES

The SP Series of press brakes features nine models of machines with capacities from 40 to 120 tons. All models have three powered axes—Y1, Y2, and X—with ± .0004-inch ram repeatability and backgauge travel speed of 600 IPM.

SP press brakes are engineered for high reliability and easy operation. Dual proportional valves with closed loop positioning ensure accurate forming. Programmable pressure controls provide tool and press protection.

SP machine features include a welded box frame for added rigidity. A rocker arm design for ram movement is coupled with ground and polished gibb bars and sintered bronze bearings. All rams are supplied with universal clamps for both American and European tooling. The hydraulic unit is centrally located on a lower support for easy maintenance and service. The low machine profile and center of gravity facilitates machine transport and relocation.

A Cybelec DNC 60 control is standard for all models. The control features program storage, tool libraries, part development and tonnage control for protection of tools. In addition, the press brakes provide direct programming of part parameters, bend angles and bend corrections. The control can also be operated in several languages.

Optional features include programmable R-axis, Z1-Z2 (backgauge finger movement), die holders, Cybelec DNC 600 controller and others.
