HIGH PERFORMANCE THIN TURRET 30-TON PUNCH PRESS

Rugged performance and large turret capacity combine in the VT-Series CNC turret punch press. This 30-ton machine provides fast set-up and reliable operation for high repeatability in a range of punching applications.

The VT-Series machine features a 40-station turret with four standard 3.5” (88,9 mm) auto-index stations and four 50,8 mm (2") fixed stations. The 50,8 mm (2") mid-size tool stations enable use of larger diameter tools and form tools without sacrificing large 88,9 mm (3.5") diameter stations. All 40 turret stations are keyed to accept shapes.

Programmable relocatable work clamps and a programmable parts chute reduce set-up time and minimize operator intervention. Smart Clamp™ automatically determines exact clamp locations to provide the smallest possible no punch zones.
