FLEXIBLE 29-STATION THIN TURRET PUNCH PRESS

A thin-style turret punch press offered in two table sizes, the ST-Series provides the flexibility to handle short or long production runs, punching and forming applications.

Featuring a new 29-station turret the ST-Series has three 88,9 mm (3.5") and two 50.8mm (2") stations. The 88,9 mm (3.5") stations are all auto-indexable and can accept 88,9mm (3.5") tooling, indexable multitools or 'wheel' tooling. The 50.8mm (2") stations a new innovation in thin turret tooling allow mid size tools to be loaded into the turret without sacrificing 88.9mm (3.5") stations.

ST-Series punch presses feature a servo controlled hydraulic ram system that provides 20 tons of punching force, high punching and part marking rates.

The ST-Series 1212 delivers up to 360 hits per minute on 25,4 mm (1") centers, handling workpieces up to 1250 x 1250 mm (49.2" x 49.2") and material thicknesses up to 6,3 mm (.250”). The ST-Series 1225 offers 330 hits per minute on 25,4 mm (1") centers and can accept workpieces up to 1250 x 2500 mm (49.2" x 98.4").
