ROBOTIC BENDING CELL OFFERS COST-EFFECTIVE AUTOMATION




RoboCell combines an LVD press brake, multi-axis Kuka robot and LVD CADMAN® software to provide an integrated automated bending solution for a modest investment.

RoboCell increases machine throughput by automatically loading, forming and stacking finished parts in an unmanned process, providing high-precision parts, shorter cycle times and lower production costs.

Available in models from 80 – 110 tons with 2.5 – 3.0 meter bending configurations, with PPEB or Easy-Form® Series press brakes, RoboCell is ideally suited for forming small to medium sized components.

This robotic bending cell uses LVD’s new CADMAN® Touch CNC control with intuitive user interface, which minimizes input to the control so you move from drawing to part in fewer steps.

All press brake and robot programs are generated offline by LVD’s integrated CADMAN–B 3D programming software and Kuka Sim software.

RoboCell allows both automatic and manual operation of the press brake with a full 2.0 meters of space between the press brake and the robot for greater bending flexibility.
